Individual therapy available for children, teens, and adults. Children and teens are encouraged to be seen in the office in order to build the best therapeutic relationship possible. Virtual appointments are available as well. Therapy sessions are 53 minutes in length. Children and teens can be seen in school if allowed by the school district. (Availability based on location)

A variety of groups are offered to children and teens to help gain social and emotional skills. Groups are 6-8 weeks long and 50 minutes in length. Groups will be held in person at the Antioch location. Topics for groups include: groups for tween girls that focus on self-confidence, friendships, and navigating life transitions, social skills groups for primary age children, and psychoeducational groups for teens struggling with anxiety and/or depression.

The engaging Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops are designed for today’s student. Students will discover how to navigate their emotions, build meaningful relationships, and excel both in and out of the classroom. Students will participate in interactive workshops focused on self-awareness, self-management, and social awareness.
